Student Honors Contract Form | SURF
For Faculty and the Honors Department
This tutorial outlines the workflow and responsibilities for processing a Student Honors Contract Form from submission to completion. Notifications are sent via email at each stage.
Pre-requisite: Setup Section as Honors Contract Eligible
Spring 2026 - faculty can work with their dean to request their section be eligible for honors contracts. The dean will add the request to the enrollment management spreadsheet.
Beginning Summer 2026 - faculty can work with their department chair or dean to update their section in the class schedule to show that honors contracts may be available. This entails the department chair adding a section attribute and a class note in the class scheduling tool (CLSS).
