How to Access
VMware Horizon can be accessed by student and employees by logging in with your MiraCosta ID and password. For log-in help, check out the User Account Management knowledge articles.
To access VMware:
Students use: view.miracsota.edu
Note: Not all students have access to MiraCosta's VMware Portal; please consult with your instructor for access.
Employees use: horizon.miracosta.edu

VMware Horizon Knowledge Articles
Students: The purpose of installing the VMware Client on your computer (Windows or Apple) is to access some of the programs such as SPSS Statistical Software, MS Office Applications, etc. located on the MiraCosta's VMware Portal. You may access these programs for free from a personal computer that has stable internet access.
Employees: This application allows employees to remotely connect to their desktop and applications through a browser or by downloading the app.
