Zoom can be accessed by employees and students by logging in with your MiraCosta ID and password. For log-in help, check out the User Account Management knowledge articles.

Pre-Meeting Computer Check

  • After clicking on the link below to perform a zoom test call

  • Click the Join button

  • Either open the meeting within Zoom or use the Join from your browser link

    • Please see instructions above; How to access your zoom meeting via the Zoom app or web based

  • Follow the prompts to setup your Zoom for your meeting.

Sharing your desktop, screen, or content

  • In the meeting or webinar controls toolbar, click Share share-screen-button-green.png The screen share modal will open.

    1. At the top of the screen share modal, click Screens, Documents, or Advanced.
      Note: Some options may not be available if they are disabled by admin in account settings.

      • Screens tab

        • Share your entire screen or specific application windows. Hold the Shift key (macOS) or the Ctrl key (Windows) to select more than one application.
