This article demonstrates how MiraCosta students can view their 1098-T tax form through SURF.

Instructions

  1. Go to the SURF home page and select the Log In button.

  1. Enter your SURF ID and Password on the MiraCosta College Login page. Select the Sign In button.

Please read this article if you forgot your password and need to reset it.

  1. Once you are on the Student Center screen, select the Financial Aid button.

  1. On the left-hand menu, select the Awards >> Summary button.

Note: if you don't see an Award Summary, please ensure you have completed the following:

  • Submitted a FAFSA application.

  • Waited approximately 2-4 weeks to process the FAFSA application.

  • Checked your SURF To-do List for pending Financial Aid related requests.

  • For further assistance please contact review the Financial Aid office wesite.

  1. Select any of the financial aid awards to view Award Details.

  1. Click on the Change button in the upper left corner to view a different Financial Aid Year.
