This article demonstrates how to use the important functions of myEdPlan which is accessed through SURF.
How to Access myEdPlan
Go to the SURF home page and select the Log In button.
Enter your SURF ID and Password on the MiraCosta College Login page. Select the Sign In button.
Please read this article if you forgot your password and need to reset it.
Once you are on the Student Center screen, select the myEdPlan button. You have now successfully entered myEdPlan!

How do I update my major, certificate, GE pattern, or catalog year?
You can do this in a counseling appointment with general counseling, the Transfer Center, SAS counseling, or the Veterans Center counseling. Go to Online Counseling Services to schedule an appointment.
Will myEdPlan show my transfer requirements?
Your myEdPlan degree audit worksheet will only show the requirements you will be evaluated against for completion of your goal at MiraCosta. Transfer requirements will not show on your degree audit, but you should include them in your semester-by-semester education plan. Refer to http://Assist.org for information about transfer requirements for the specific schools you are interested in transferring to.Â
