Manage Your OKTA Account Settings

This article briefly describes the most common changes users can make to their OKTA account settings.

Instructions

1. In the OKTA Dashboard, select the menu arrow located in the upper right corner.

2. Select Settings in the drop-down menu.

3. You may change your current password in the Change Password section.

4. You may set up the recovery code feature when you do not have access to your email account. Select Add Phone Number in the Forgot Password Text Message section and follow the prompts.

5. You may remove or set up additional Multi Factor Authentication methods in the Extra Verification section. Select the green button labeled Edit Profile at the upper right corner of the page. Select the respective authentication method and follow the prompts.
