Maxient allows students and employees to report Title IX violations or concern for an individuals well-being through the CARE Referral Form.

How to Access

Maxient can be accessed by employees by logging in with your MiraCosta ID and password. For log-in help, check out the User Account Management knowledge articles.

If you feel that you've been subjected to discrimination, MiraCosta has resources available that can help you. Students and employees can contact the Title IX Coordinator or a Deputy Title IX Coordinator to file a complaint by clicking on the form below.
